I am Eileen Randman, your host at Maison LaVigne.  I am also the  owner of  Cafe' at the Corner which is right down the street from the bed & breakfast.  I have taken my culinary studies at  Ritz Escoffier in Paris and my professional experiences includes event planning at the Waldorf Astoria in New York.
