All dinners are arranged specially with each client in mind and no two meals are alike.

Menu suggestions change seasonally in the French manner.  All dinner and luncheons are served in courses.

We also travel to your home or reception facility with complete packages including table service and linens.

Price ranges are from $18 to $28 per person for the luncheons and $30 - $75 per person for dinners.

Hand-Cut Filet of Beef Mignon Chateaubriand

Roast Chicken Tarragon

Beef Bourguignon or Coq Au Vin

Parisian Style Bouillabaisse with Scallops,

Lobster Tail, Filet of Sole and Shrimp in Saffron Sauce

Filet of Porc with Sage Cream Sauce and Granny Smith Apples

Lobster Ravioli

Veal or Chicken Scaloppini Marsala

Rack of Australian Lamb

House-made Vegetarian Pastas and Ravioli with Provencal Grilled Vegetables

All dinners include an appetizer, main course which includes vegetable selections,

salade and cheese course, followed by French desserts, gourmet coffees and handmade chocolates.
