Private culinary lessons are made to measure for each request.  You can gather a friend (or group of friends) or another couple and make a reservation for a private cooking lesson.  Lessons begin at $65 per person and depending upon what you would like to learn the prices vary.  All lessons include recipes, a complimentary glass of wine and the meal which you learn to prepare.  Lessons generally last  2  to 3 hours depending upon the requests.

I -   How to Cook with Salt & Pepper

Sounds basic, but you will walk away amazed at yourself,

Learn to prepare fresh seafood, shellfish, hand-cut filet mignon or rack of lamb, potatoes puree,  vegetables a la anglais, salade vinaigrette, creme brulee or chocolate mousse!

II - Crepes!

  Learn the art of preparing savory and sweet crepes for lunch or dinner.

III - Brunch

Learn to work with eggs, including the fabled difficult hollandaise, fresh fruits, homemade granola, breads,  French toast and handmade sausages with Turkey!

IV - Pasta and Risotto

Hand-made Pasta, Raviolis, Sauces and Tuscan and Provincial Preparations of  Rice  with all the accompaniments of salades & desserts.
